This was bought as a birthday gift. All contact with the maker was easy, friendly and very accommodating. As I am currently stuck overseas, she did me the favour of adding a note that said Happy Birthday, and added my name.
My friend is very pleased with her lovely mug! She immediately sent me a picture of it full of tea next to a slice of her birthday cake! She said it was great. I will buy from this maker again.

Safe and fast delivery. The ceramic work is excellent. Vibrant colours and a nice finish.
I was slightly disappointed that the photograph did not reveal the fact that the flower situated next to the handle is different in style and has a square appearance and differs from the round image of the other flower shown on the photograph. The photo does not show the mug as it appears to the person who drinks from it. I still like the mug. It will make a lovely present. Thank you.
