Buying from me

All cards are printed to order and will be sent to you within 3 days of order. I send cards using Royal Mail 1st class delivery and cards are packaged in a plain hardbacked envelope to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Many of my cards can be personalised if required - please indicate in Buyers Notes if you want a card made extra special! I will e-mail you with a pdf proof of your personalised card for your approval before final printing.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
