Buying from me
My individual and bespoke items are all hand-made by me, all unique or in very limited numbers. I accept commissions and am open to discussion on price - find Vixter Knits on Facebook or message me through Folksy.
Goods will usually be posted 2nd-class Royal Mail, so expect to receive them in 2-5 days from ordering. I will adjust postage prices for multiple purchases in one order.
I hope you enjoy my knitting and crochet, whether as a gift or a treat for yourself.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
