Buying from me
All my work is individually designed and handmade from recycled bits & bobs. Some items of jewellery may have been purchased new for hygiene reasons & other items depending on availability.
All items reach you as seen with my own handmade labels. Those without gift packaging (which you can request) will be wrapped in tissue paper. I aim to post within 3 days of receiving your payment.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
