2014 see's us celebrate our 10th anniversary in business and our 2nd anniversary in our flagship store in Bodmin, Cornwall. It's been a long, but fun journey from our kitchen table back in 2004.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Standard Terms and Conditions Apply: Except for Opened Skincare Products, Bath Truffles, Melts or Bombs and Soaps, These items are nonreturnable. Due to the nature of our products, No refunds will be given except for damage caused during transit.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, sizes, colours, shapes and weights may vary from those shown in the images.
We reserve the right to change the packaging without prior notification, we also reserve the right to replace a product with one of similar standing, if that product is out of stock, we will of course notify our customers if this is the case.
