Turning wire into crochet elegance and style

I'm Tracey, I have always loved crochet, I learnt to crochet when I was just 6 years old after being taught by my Grandad. For years he made Church altar cloths from crochet and that is where my love of the diversity and style of crochet came from.

Over the years my passion for crochet continues and I strive to make it both different and stylish in order for it to appeal to all, that is where wire comes in!

I gain inspiration from friends, people on the street, art, and other designers and I am always trying to learn new techniques, the possibilities are endless.

I use Crochet as a way of staying on top of my mental health as it provides me with a space to be creative and indulge in making things for those around my that I love and care for such as family and friends.

Life has stood still since May 2019 when my 23 year old son was killed in a car crash, life can be changed in an instant and his life was ended when another driver brake tested him. This caused my son to swerve and his car then hit a tree and he was killed instantly. I know fund raise for Brake the Road Safety Charity who help those affected by accidents on our roads and campaign for safer roads.

My sons death is something that I now carry with me, I will never get over his death, but life goes on and if I can share a little of what I do to make people smile and to be inspired to try crochet then that is a positive.

So I am now getting back to my passion after doing very little for the last 2 years 4 months.

New start September 2021, my shop is restocked and new items are being created.

My philosophy is to keep it stylish and to always make sure that the design is wearable, comfortable and practical.

I make a range of wire Crochet Jewellery from cuff Bracelets, Brooches, Bridal tiaras, Necklaces, Earrings, bridal tiaras, hair fascinators, hair combs, hair vines and do a selection of Wire Crochet Kits to enable others to create jewellery too.

I am always happy to do custom orders so please contact me if you require a certain colour or item made.
