A long passion for designing was channelled into personalising gifts as when having three young girls of similar ages at home brought the idea of personalising their belongings to avoid confusion. Which for our amazement brought uniqueness, excitement and delight to their faces, it was the moment that the idea of Sagabella was born.

Our aim is to bring and share that excitement and joy to other people’s faces too. We offer unique, unusual, practical gifts for everyone, which are handmade, chosen carefully, designed or personalised by us. We know when you choose a gift you want to make someone in your life feel special.

We buzz with great ideas and work on them in our studio located in the charming town of Fleet, situated in the north-east corner of Hampshire, surrounded by small attractive towns and parishes of unspoiled villages and pretty hamlets.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

We gladly accept return or exchanges of most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal, intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
