Your purchase will arrive wrapped in tissue paper like a little present for you or someone special. All of the work is handmade by me in London. Custom Orders are welcome just get in contact with me,
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Please contact me if there are any issues regarding your purchase.
Although every effort is made to ensure your product is perfect when it is send to you if something brakes through normal use I will repair it free of charge.
Please bare in mind that all of my jewellery will not survive getting wet as it will tarnish the silver and may damage the design.
