- Delivery:
We ship smaller items via Royal Mail 2nd Class and larger custom items via a private furniture courier. If you’d like to arrange your own delivery or pickup, please contact us ASAP. We ship larger items via a private furniture courier who take all care to blanket wrap and deliver each item as they receive it. If you have any questions, feel free to get in contact.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Refunds
If for some reason your item turns up damaged, please contact us ASAP in order to open a damaged delivery case with Royal Mail.
Please be aware that postage costs are not included in refunds.
