Buying from me

I have been making traditonal mohair artist bears since 1996.
A few years ago I started knitting bears too. I sell these affordable Teddies as collectors items for over 14 years old.
I then went through the strict regulations to obtain certificates and do the safety testing to ce mark a range of knitted toys that are suitable from birth, and I hope to add more designs later.
I also knit colourful toilet roll covers for the home.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
