Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Bespoke items made/printed to client specification will not be refunded unless there are quality control issues. If bespoke print proofs are approved by the client, and later found to have errors after printing, MrsBee.co.uk will not cover re-printing or delivery costs. Any errors with print quality or errors not shown on client approved proofs will be re-printed at no cost to the client.
