Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
DELIVERY ZONAL EXCEPTIONS:
Light pendants are delivered by Parcelforce, using Express48, unless otherwise stated. They deliver everywhere in the UK although extended delivery times exist for some outlying areas. Here is a link where you will find zonal exceptions for Express48:

Please make sure Parcelforce can deliver in your area before proceeding with your purchase. Otherwise, you will be informed if a delivery cannot be made in your area.
SHIPPING INFO:
Misty Concepts endeavours to dispatch orders in the fastest possible way. All orders are shipped with tracking. Some orders, such as the origami light pendants, are shipped with insurance using Parcelforce Express48.
Parcelforce Express 48 guarantees to deliver within two days. Each parcel is tracked so you can check the progress of your item(s) through to delivery. Requires electronic signature. Cannot send to P.O. Boxes.
Please allow 2-3 weeks between ordering and shipping, unless otherwise stated.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details. Customers are informed of their order status at every single stage, from when your item(s) is being made to when the item(s) is dispatched. Pictures of the item, item in packaging and exterior of packaging will also be sent via email.
LOST OR LATE ITEMS:
Please notify me as soon as possible, so that I can assist you.
EXTRA INFO: If you are unhappy with your item(s) and would like a refund or exchange, please notify me in writing to assist you, and return the item(s) in the same good condition they were in. Item(s) should be returned within 5 working days after notifying me. Returned postage, insurance and packing fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom-made items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
