Buying from me

I create alternative cross stitch item's. My range will be expanding over time to include cross stitch pillow cases, bags and mobile phone cases.

All custom requests are always welcome and i can make items on a number of coloured cloth (it does not have to be white). In order for a custom order to go smoothly please give me as much detail as possible in order for me to start designing a pattern.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
