Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Shipping

I will post items on receipt of payment to UK,EU and International buyers;
-Royal Mail 1st class to the UK which is 1/2 days.
-Royal Mail Airmail overseas,which is usually [approximately] 1 week.
-The one week rule no longer applies to items posted to Australia i am afraid.It can take longer.Particularly around the Christmas period.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you change your mind about an order please email me immediately as i try to post items as soon as possible after receipt of payment.All items are shipped securely wrapped in bubblewrap in appropriates sized boxes.Or plastic envelopes.

Please make payment,cancel or get in touch within 7 days of purchase.
