If you asked my family and close friends, the first thing that they think of when it comes to me is "Yarn!" or "Knitting!" Some of them might even tell you that I'm obsessed and hoard yarn. It's true, I have a collection of yarns and some knitted items. I love knitting. Mostly small items because I can get bored sometimes and move onto the next project, although I have been known to make double bed blankets and adult sized sweaters. Most of the time though I can be found making socks and baby sweaters. Then I use the leftovers to make scrappy projects which are just as fun and useful as the original projects.
I don't have enough nieces and nephews to use all the things I like to make, so selling some of the items is one way of getting the cute knits out into the world and help me to buy yarns to make more. I mostly knit at home while watching podcasts or listening to audio books. In the summer I spend lots of time knitting on my balcony in the sunshine.
