All my products come gift-wrapped in acid-free tissue.
Please let me know if you are sending a gift direct to recipient, so that I can omit the invoice.
I dispatch orders by First Class post within 3 days of clearance of payment.
**Please ask for a quote for second-class or tracked postage BEFORE you purchase, and I will amend the listings accordingly.**
Custom orders might take a little bit longer, so please send a message and I'll give you a timescale.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
