Free-motion sewn loveliness inspired by the country-side and 'kind' words

I have been sewing my whole life, from embellishing clothes as a teenager to fulfilling my dream of studying fashion design...I have always sewn and it was the perfect opportunity after having children and settling down in the countryside to create my small business, I became obsessed with free-motion sewing, I love the freedom it gives and unique nature it offers to every item.

Living in the Cotswolds, I am especially inspired by the beautiful countryside that surrounds me and also like to create beautiful items which are useful to have around the home.

Every piece I make is loving handmade by myself, I have a really 'make do and mend attitude' and love to used vintage fabrics and carefully selected trimmings to complement the look of every item created.
I use my trusty domestic Janome sewing machine to embroider everything I do.....nothing is programmed into a machine and I essentially draw onto fabric using thread.

All products that have been produced are proudly done so in England.

I love to work on one-off pieces for customers, adding the personal touch by adding those details special to you or your loved one, perfect for birthdays, christenings and weddings, so if you have something in mind for that more unusual gift then please get in contact.

Buying from me

Every item is handmade & done so with love & attention. Due to the nature of free-motion embroidery every piece has its own character; I use my trusty domestic Janome sewing machine to embroider, nothing is programmed.
I love to make custom pieces, so if you have an idea for a special piece then message me, please allow 3-4 weeks for the final to be made & posted. Stocked items will be delivered within 3-4 days, if you would like these gifts wrapped please contact me.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
