Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Please contact me if you are unsure of any item before purchase- I love to talk to buyers!

I am happy to issue refunds if you are unhappy with your item.
1. contact me! I'd love to know what I can do to help, or improve my shop! :)
2. send me back the item, in original condition- safely packaged, with proof of postage.
3. I'll refund you the original item price, ASAP!. I cannot refund the cost of postage.

FAQ
-The colours on your screen may be different to the item you receive. This is due to the varying calibration of computer screens. I try to describe the colours of my items to the best of my ability.
-I print all my digital A4/A3 artprints on my lovely home printer. Prints are on smooth, matte white 200GSM card.
