Lovely jewellery, but slightly disappointing that they're not identical to, or quite as nice as, the ones shown in the listing photos (which is what I was expecting to receive) and that they weren't posted until the fifth working day after payment, as opposed to the advertised three.

I received these earrings today about half an hour ago and they are very pretty. However I am not a all happy with the service. They arrived 12 days after they were posted and I had to pay 3 postage and handling fee due to underpaid postage on the sent item! This was despite having already paid 2 postage up front. Also the earrings arrived tarnished and I have had to clean them. Sorry but cannot give a positive feedback.
