Jane Exelby was my grandmother and during the 1940s developed a range of soaps, skin and body products based on the philosophy that simple and natural beats complex and chemical. At Jane Exelby's, we believe that quality soap, skin and body care products aren't a luxury, they're a necessity and so we have developed her recipes to create a range of products that have the least processes and the simplest, most natural ingredients.

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
