Buying from me
We aim to ship all orders within 24hrs but please allow up to 3 working days. Once we have received payment, we will prepare your order and will email you when your item(s) are on their way.
For custom orders such as personalised bangles, we aim to dispatch within 7 working days but will email you with a more accurate date when we have received all the information needed.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
