Buying from me
Custom orders - If I have all materials in stock I can usually have your item ready to post within one week. If I need to order materials, this can take up to two to three weeks. If you need something quicker, please get in touch and I will try my best to meet your timescales.
Postage prices include cost of sending, packaging materials, fuel costs travelling to and from the Post Office.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
I want my customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Please read the description carefully and contact me if you have any questions before making the purchase.

PILLBOX HATS ATTACHED TO HAIRBANDS AT THE REQUEST OF THE BUYER ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN DISPATCHED. THE FOLLOWING RETURNS POLICIES WILL APPLY.
RETURNS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS ARE AT MY DISCRETION BASED ON THE SPECIFICS OF THE ITEM AND WHETHER OR NOT IT IS LIKELY TO RESELL. PLEASE CONTACT ME IN THE FIRST INSTANCE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM. IF A RETURN IS APPROVED, IT WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE POLICIES BELOW.
THESE POLICIES COMPLY WITH EU DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS.
Returns for ready-made unused items are accepted as long as you contact me within 14 days of receiving the item. You must return the item in an unused good condition within 20 days of receiving it. Items must be well packaged. Items that arrived damaged will not be refunded. You will be responsible for the cost of the return postage, unless the item is faulty.
I take care to ensure items are packaged securely for their journey but, in case your item arrives damaged, you must contact me within 14 day of receiving it to arrange a return.
Once a return item has been received it will be inspected, and I will notify you by email that it has been received, and whether or not the refund request has been approved or not. If the refund is accepted, payment will be refunded by your original method of payment. This will include a postage refund as well if the item is faulted.
I will be happy to offer an exchange for returned items. You must pay any difference in cost between the returned item and the exchange item. You will need to pay shipping costs for the exchange item.
To return items, you should mail them to: Claire Hedley, 40A Mountside Gardens, Dunston, Gateshead NE11 9QB.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning a product. I can't guarantee that I will receive your returned item and you accept responsibility for items lost in the post if you do not obtain proof of postage. You will accept responsibility for enquiring about lost items and making any claims should the item be lost in transit.
