Braw is a premium, Scottish lifestyle brand which sells printed home accessories inspired by Scotland.
All of our prints are hand-drawn in our studio in Edinburgh where the products are also designed. Using 100% natural fabrics, the range is subsequently printed and manufactured by a lovely family-run company in the North of England.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Products and the Website:
Braw reserves the right to change the website at any time. Prices shown include VAT but do not include delivery costs.
Due to the natural content of our fabrics, there can be slight variations in the prints which make every product individual. As with all printed fabrics, the colour can vary slightly between manufactured batches.
Photographs on the website are not to scale, so please check dimensions before purchasing.
Colours are reproduced as accurately as possible, however, as with all photography, there may be slight variation.
All photographs and text on this website are owned by Braw, we are happy for people to share our images, but please make sure they are correctly credited and include a link to this website.
Orders:
We try to ensure that all items are in stock, but should your purchase be temporarily out of stock, we will telephone or email you to offer either a later delivery, if possible, or failing that, a refund.
Credit and debit card orders are processed securely by Worldpay.

Delivery:
Delivery will be via Royal Mail Signed For Second Class. The standard cost is £3.95 for one item. Larger orders are £5.95. These costs only apply to mainland UK. We aim to deliver orders within 3-5 working days.
International Orders:
We welcome international customers. Shipping costs can be quoted for if you email us on enquiries@brawscotland.com. Please include your telephone number. You may have to pay local customs or duty charges and these are not included in your payment to us.
Due to excessive insurance premiums, we cannot supply goods to the USA and Canada without first receiving a signed indemnity waiver, please email for details.
Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 28 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused, unworn and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.
Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
