Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I love these bags. I took the brown slouch bag away with me on holiday, I fitted everything I needed on the plane including a coat and large book. So useful for every day walking around although I did become the person who carried everyone’s stuff. The bags are extremely well made and the lining is so beautiful that I also used it inside out for a change of look. I love both bags and will be buying more for presents.
