Buying from me

Many of my products are made from reclaimed materials....finding uses for these materials is challenging but since owning a laser machine it has been much easier to turn some of these materials into beautiful and unique gifts.
As we all like to get our products as soon as possible, I will endeavour to ship within 48 hours or less of receipt of order unless, of course, gifts need to be personalised in which case I will email you with estimated times.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

All unpersonalised products may be returned unworn and in original packaging within 10 days of receipt. A returns certificate must be obtained from the post office as proof of postage. Refunds will be made within 10 days of returned product receipt.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings may not be returned for refund or exchange.
