Hello and welcome to my shop :) Here you will find an ever changing collection of special gifts all crafted with love. I use merino wools and other textiles, and when possible I use local Cumbrian fleeces. Much of my work is made to commission, in particular pictures and special occasion wet and needle felted cards, please contact me if you would like something special made to order :)
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
