I'd made some mini artworks for a charity donation/kindness project, and really enjoyed using paint and polymer clay together so decided to make some more and test the market with them. The duck idea came after i saw images of a needle felt duck kit for sale, and thought a duck would look cute on canvas. Plus I had the right colours to blend/sculpt/paint to make a pond like background.
