Item details
My mother spent time in a TB conveyancing hospital in the 1940s and filled her time making toys and handicrafts. When she died, I discovered a box of cardboard patterns made from cereal boxes and held together with string or safety pins. No instructions. Just the name of each toy in her hand writing.
Dilly comes from this box and once I had worked out how to make her I updated the design to make it my own.
