This 'material' is borne out of a paint puddle I left on a silicone sheet. I peeled this off and used it as a decoupage on the side of a terracotta plant pot. Then I made another puddle using adhesive and tints such as Mica Powder. Then I cut what I need and the Earrings are Created. Every time it's different - and that makes each piece Unique.
