I ORIGINALLY DIPPED A TOE into the Vintage World with antique children’s books and postcards. The problem was once started; I couldn’t stop and have lost count of the hours spent ferreting in cobwebbed attics or scraping the bottoms of boxes in garage sales, emerging triumphant with new finds. As I was amassing this extensive collection of postcards, studio shots and old albums, it seemed there was a lot these vintage ladies and gentlemen had to say – so I started creating copy lines.
I USED THE VINTAGE LADY IMAGES on my consultancy business cards, in brochures and on speaking engagements; they became my branding, and before long, people started asking if I would produce greeting cards. I did and then published the first Vintage Ladies Photographic Collection. When that proved popular, I got busy with Journals, Diaries, Book Lovers Logs, and Notebooks. Which is how I find myself here.
