Donkeys...Where do I start? I've been creating linocuts and screenprints of donkeys for quite a while now. They are a constant source of inspiration; their awkwardness, confusion, modesty and charm, to name a few things!

This is a hand-pulled screen-print entitled 'Donkey Puzzle No.2' printed in black and orange.
This is my second 'puzzle' print, and in this one the donkey is trying to work out a rather peculiar, geometric environment! Like all of my donkey adventure prints I decided to try and create a secret world that only donkeys know about, full of intriguing and slightly confusing features for them to explore.
I started making donkey prints years ago, to champion them, as I thought they never really get the appreciation they deserve, in the art-world or the real world.
Printed using black and orange System 3 inks on Antique White Seawhite 280gsm acid-free paper. From an edition of only 32, signed, stamped, titled and numbered.
The print image measures H47.5xW32cm.
The paper measures H59.4xW42cm.
Printed by myself in Sheffield, UK. Each one is slightly different, as is the nature with screen-prints.
All prints will be posted securely in a card tube and sent by first-class post (UK) or Airmail (rest of the world).
