Full description
This lovely tea bowl has been hand-thrown in stoneware clay and fired using a traditional Japanese technique known as Raku. It has been decorated using white and turquoise glazes on the exterior and a beautiful deep jade green on the interior.
The bowl measures about 6cm tall and 10cm across and is stamped with my own pottery seal on the base.
The crackle glazes used in Raku pots means they are porous and for decoration only. It also means each pot is totally unique and perfect as a special gift or beautiful keepsake for your home.
