A cute, scented bird made with quality wool mix felt, filled with poly stuffing and a generous scoop of home grown and dried lavender. Gingham wings are blanket stitched in place with green embroidery silk and decorated with matching vintage buttons. A silver coloured hoop is firmly attached to the bird so you can hang it how you choose. They look great on a wardrobe door handle or hanging over your dressing table mirror. A collection hanging on some twisted willow branches in a large vase makes an attractive and sweet smelling feature!
Each little bird measures 12cm from beak to tail and are approx 5cm tall.
These birds are made in batches and the basic fabrics will always be the same. However, as I use vintage and reclaimed buttons as well as new, the button decoration may not be exactly what is pictured. They will always be very pretty though :)
These birds are not intended as toys and should be hung well out of reach of small children. They should not be given to children under 36months due to small parts.
