One of the reasons why I love glass is because I am attracted to its ethereal qualities. We can see through a piece such as the dish I am listing here, yet its colour can be so vivid it almost surprises us. Generally, we associate transparency with subtle colours, like limpid water, yet with glass we can expect the unexpected! This simple design was conceived so as to appreciate this contrast and the attractive shape of the dish.
