You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

DELIVERY UK packages ship via Royal Mail First-Class Mail, so delivery is normally the next working day following dispatch. International packages ship via Royal Mail International Standard, and delivery time can vary but usually takes around 5 - 10 working days. However, please allow up to 1 month for your package to arrive (it usually won't take nearly so long, but can sometimes get caught up in customs). If you would like faster delivery, please contact me for a quote. I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. So, if you would like insurance on your package, please contact me prior to making a purchase, so that I may adjust the invoice. TURNAROUND Ready-to-go items: I usually send within 1-2 business days of cleared payment on ready-to-go items. Made-to-order items: Please be mindful of the allotted timeframe given for made-to-order items, as specified in the listings. (Also, I do not consider Sundays or National Holidays as "making days" so please allow me this leeway when considering the turnaround on your order!) Confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your order has been dispatched! PACKAGING I package all pieces as carefully as possible. Each comes either in a gift box, in a customised bag or wrapped in gift wrap. These are then sent in a padded envelope or box (as required per shipment). Please note that my prices reflect the cost of shipping, plus labels & packaging. RETURNS All of my work is handmade with care. I want you to LOVE the piece you have chosen, and I strive to be as descriptive as possible about all of my work. I urge you to read my item descriptions and measurements carefully, and to contact me with questions prior to ordering. Keep in mind that my items are handmade and some very very minor imperfections may be there! Returing an Item: - You have a return window of 14 days after receipt of the goods. (This does NOT apply to custom orders). - If you do need to return an item it is expected that you will cover cost of shipping. - Once the item is received or evidence is provided to show that the item has been shipped back you will receive a refund of the purchase cost within 14 days. Returning a Custom item: - All sales on custom orders are considered final. I do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of issues of quaity. If something should go wrong with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt so we can work together to resolve. JEWELLERY CARE ~ Jewellery is by nature delicate & I would urge you to handle your new pieces with relative care. ~ To maintain the finish on our pieces, I do not recommend wearing your jewellery in water, while sleeping or exercising. ~ Silver & untreated brass will eventually tarnish; it is their nature! These can be brought back to a sheen with polishing cloths. ~ Stone & mixed-media pieces may be gently cleaned with a microfibre cloth. ~ Store your items out of direct sunlight. The paper and colour in our designs may fade when left out in a bright sunny room for long periods of time. Best care is to keep in sealed plastic bag or in a jewellery box to prevent tarnish.
