A beautiful piece created from pottery found washed up on Pentewan Beach in Cornwall. A smooth tactile piece which has been wrapped in silver plated craft wire with 2 sea blue beads added.
The pendant hangs from a silver plated large oval belcher chain with a silver plated lobster clasp.

The chain measures approx. 18" (46cm)

I found the piece of pottery on Pentewan Beach, Cornwall which inspired me to make something with a coastal feel. There is a faint hint of blue on the pottery which inspired me to use the blue beads, the pairing of the beads is reminiscent of the reflection on the sea.
I wanted this piece to be fairly simple as I feel the pottery itself is so beautiful I didn't want to crowd it.
