Little deer hunter thinks she is ready. Are you?

She is a character from my mixed media collage 'Trophy hunters'. Printed on shrink plastic and magically shrunk into this quirky little brooch.

Although it is coated in several layers of protective varnish I would not recommend swimming in the sea or having a bath with your new brooch.

Deer hunter is only approx. 6cm tall and 3cm wide (1.5mm thick)

Mixed Media Collage is my favourite way to create a naive and happy world in which animals with human characteristics play the lead role.
Everyday activities and places are my main inspiration.
Using discarded printed paper, Indian ink, and acrylic paint/gel, I end up with a colourful canvas that hopefully will raise a smile with viewers of all ages.
