Full description
An image of a beautiful baby girl in her best frock with colourful wings sitting on a cupcake, the caption reads "pretend it's real", sewn onto pastel coloured fabric, embellished with broderie anglais and pearl buttons.
Raw edge applique on both front and back and sewn with little pieces of complementary fabrics. It has a fabric tie too (not shown).
The cover can be removed when your journal is full and used on any A6 notebook (11x15 cms. - 4x6").
