You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

All jewellery is presented in a gift box. Your chosen item(s) of jewellery will be posted by Royal Mail within 48 hours of receipt of cleared payment. Every care is taken to ensure your jewellery order reaches you safely and in a timely manner. Please ensure your address details are correct and up to date. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of orders when incorrect address details have been provided by the customer. UK Orders: All items will be shipped by 1st Class UK Confirmed delivery and will require a signature. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery. Worldwide Shipping: International orders will be dispatched using International Tracked and Signed delivery, and will typically take 7 to 10 working days to Europe and 1 to 2 weeks to the rest of world. Please email me at sarah@earringart.co.uk if you are concerned. Earring Art is not responsible for any import duties which may be applicable to your country. Please consult your local customs regulations if you are unsure about any charges you may incur. Please contact us at sarah@earringart.co.uk if you require more information. I offer a 'No-Quibble' refund but please could you notify me at sarah@earringart.co.uk within 7 days of receipt if you wish to return or exchange an item. Please keep all of your packaging if possible, and return the item in the same condition as received. Please include a copy of the original invoice. Even if your item is faulty, I would still like it back. It is best to send returns via tracked post. Earring Art is not responsible for postage on returned items unless the item is faulty. Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
