You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Please note that all my fat quarters are cut using a rotary cutter, and are cut to order. A fat quarter measures 18 x 22 inches, but can be cut as a long quarter – 9 x 44 inches. If you would prefer a long quarter please send me a note to this effect when you place your order. I usually have more than one fat quarter in stock, so if you are interested in purchasing additionally quantities please send me a message. Please note that my fabrics are authentic vintage – from reclaimed bedding, and I would ask you to consider this during your purchase decision. All of the materials I sell are in excellent vintage condition, and I do my best to check for any marks or damage to the fabric. There may be slight imperfections that are not easily spotted. Some of the colours may have various levels of fade from their heyday, but this is part of their charm. Having said that, if you are looking for pristine fabrics then I would suggest that vintage/retro is not for you. I aim to give a full detailed description of the items I sell, including any damage or blemishes. Colours and brightness may differ depending on your computer screen. All fabrics have been washed and will be pressed prior to posting. I work in a smoke free environment and am blessed by the presence of dogs – so if you have allergies please bear this in mind. I offer refunds (minus shipping) if you are dissatisfied with a product. If you request a return you will be responsible for the shipping costs and the item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
