SALE - previously £13.
A simple flower motif has been hand-stitched onto a patchwork background, produced from snippets of coordinating cotton fabric, and framed by couching over a lovely coordinating yarn.
Snippets of pink and lilac fabric have been felted to a background of 'eco' felt (produced from recycled plastic bottles) using an embellisher machine. Cross stitching in white cotton crochet thread has been used to stabilise some of the edges and complete the background. A purple flower has been embroidered onto the background using cotton threads. The design has been framed by couching over a purple and blue yarn.
The brooch is stiffened by a layer of heavy interfacing, and backed with a layer of eco felt. A brooch pin is securely stitched in place.
Height: 5.25 cm approx.
