The exclusively designed patterns in the booklet are simple and easy to follow. There are no knitting abbreviations, making it a perfect platform for children to learn how to understand and follow a simple knitting pattern. The patterns have cleverly been designed to only use the knit stitch throughout.

Learn to knit with Harriet Hare was born so that children will find learning to knit fun. Gone the days when I was taught to cast on 40 stitches and knit 60 rows for a square in a blanket. I did about 20 rows and became so bored I did not pick up a any knitting again for 15 years. This is a very special knitting kit that will make knitting fun for children. A great beginners kit. There are instructions on how to knit to get you started. Harriet Hare is a delightful creature. She is small and cuddly and an ideal size for little hands. Being small it also allows for clothes to be made swiftly so allowing for a sense of achievement to be gained quickly.
