I make a couple of other owl designs but have been asked for a smaller version so here it is.

This one is sold but I will be making another.
This is a stained glass suncatcher handmade using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
An owl, rather cute and rounded and great fun..
The Owl's name is Splodge as his eyes are clear glass nuggets which are splashed with bright red.
He is made from 2 shades of streaky brown glass. His eyes and top of head are cut from iridescent white glass which shimmers in the light.
For added cuteness he has curls on top of his head and he hangs by a silver chain which is attached to the middle of the curls.
This suncatcher, my smallest owl and latest owl design, is 4 inches tall and 3 wide.
He would make a wonderful present for anyone and especially for someone who likes owls. I can guarantee they won’t have one like this as it is entirely handmade by me.
He looks lovely hanging in the window where the glass shines and catches the light.
This item is absolutely unique. I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass for each piece to ensure they are unique.
