This lovely Handmade Blue and White Teddy Bear Balloon is just perfect for those little one's. It'll be perfect for adding an extra special touch to their bedrooms.
I have used Blue and White Ribbons for both the balloon and the basket and a Polystyrene Ball, then just added a small teddy bear just to finish it off.
I can also make these in other colours see pictures for samples. Please contact me if you wish to have a different colour. These may take a little longer than the normal delivery time stated as they may be a custom made item.
