You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Payment, I accept Paypal only. I do not accept e-cheques. Shipping, I only use the best available rates for shipping and I will only charge the customer what it costs me to pack and post. I aim to ship orders within 3 - 5 working days, (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays), from receiving payment. I will ship to your Paypal address unless you specify otherwise. Just leave a note to the seller on checkout if you want your purchases to go somewhere else and I will email you once your package has been shipped. Your purchase will be carefully packed and I will obtain a proof of posting from the Post Office. DOMESTIC (UK): sent by Royal Mail. Refunds and Exchanges, If you are not happy with your purchase items can be returned unused, strung as sold and in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, (minus shipping charges). I try hard to accurately and honestly describe my items for sale to avoid any misunderstandings but if you need to return an item please could you contact me before sending any item back so I know to expect them. Additional Policies and FAQs, I do not sell lab or artificially created stones. Due to the nature of gemstones the natural stones will vary, some are more brittle than others and drill holes may be different in size; for this reason a guarantee cannot be given that every bead will be 100% perfect. In all cases the photographs show the exact beads that are for sale. As a guide a 26 gauge (0.4mm) or 28 gauge (0.3mm) wire will fit the beads I have for sale.- it is frustrating when beads break but this is an unfortunate occupational hazard when working with gemstones and I cannot be responsible for beads broken through wire wrapping. All my beads are described to the very best of my knowledge with respect to type, colour, clarity, size and shape. I hope you enjoy your shopping.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
