Full description
The Party Gang is a collection of hand-made dolls styled as children ready for a fancy dress party. Each is unique as many of the fabrics are vintage & upcycled, some are hand-dyed, so a limited number of each style can be made.
Standing 48cm tall the dolls are stuffed with 100% lambs wool. With long slim limbs the dolls poses are endearingly ungainly & childlike. Their faces are hand-embroidered. Little wooden
buttons at their knees are reminiscent of a bygone era of children's toys.
Each doll has a little friend, a needle felted dog, Evie's little friend is called Rex.
Some of their clothes are removable to be hand-washed.
Although these dolls would love to sit on the shelf in a nursery, they are delicate and not really toys to be played with unsupervised.
They all have a “Hand-made by Mrs Fox’s” tag and are all numbered.
If you would like to commission certain hair, eye colours or clothing styles this can be agreed with Mrs Fox in advance. We are happy to take commissions to style these dolls to a client's specifications there is usually an additional 15% charge, please email us to discuss your requests.
My needle felted dogs usually cost £30 but are included with the dolls for £20, please email us for details if you would like the doll without the dog.
