Full description
I love using and recycling denim - which means I usually have quite a few denim pockets from jeans in my collection! I decided to use some of them to make this handy storage unit - ideal in a girl's bedroom for storing gadgets, pens, notebooks/diary (you get the picture!).
I have made it from a hardwearing white cotton canvas to which I have attached the denim pockets. The pockets have been embellished with appliqued hearts, ribbon and buttons.
There is a handle made from red polycotton. The pockets are attached at the top and bottom so there is space behind each pocket to store extras like notes or letters.
It is best hung from 2 hooks as this helps to balance it out.
It measures approximately 34" (86 cm) in length and 9.25" (24 cm) in width
If necessary I would recommend a gentle handwash and allowing it to dry naturally.
