I love love love fudge but couldn't find a fudge that had the right texture and consistency so I decided to take matters into my own hands!!
I was talking to my Grandmother about the lack of good confectionery available out in the market place and she informed me my grandfather had served as sugar boiler in a confectionery factory when he was a boy. Even though he didn't pursue this as a career she kept his recipe and method notes which she passed on to myself.
Here are the results! A smooth creamy luxuriously decadent fudge. Made with love and responsible sourced ingredients.
