Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Each favour can be personalised with the initial of your guests or your own
The back can be personalised with the date of your event and a saying...
The scrabble design of these favours will make your event unique.
Quantity is based at one, if you have large numbers or a number above 1 please contact me and we can sort out the price
Also colours vary, please state the colour scheme and I will accommodate to that :)
Postage is free until 20 units are ordered after that it will be an extra 3.00 for postage even if you order 100 it will be 3.00 postage
