Full description
Some incredibly bright and cheerful daisies made from... plastic carrier bags!
Like most of us, I try very hard not to bring home carrier bags, but there are always days when you buy more than you intended to and need something to put it in... So, while I would love to make more flowers like this I will be making them when and only when I have accidentally brought home a carrier bag or two - these are limited edition flowers!
I have used bright orange plastic bags from a well known supermarket to make these 3 flowers. The centres are finished with some lovely bright yellow yarn and the stems are twisted from green coated garden wire.
The flowers are 3.5" (9cm) across and stand 12" (30cm) tall (measurements are approximate).
